Unless a product page states otherwise, our Moments, guides, printables and room resources are digital products. No physical item is shipped. You are responsible for having compatible software, internet access and printing equipment or services if printing is desired.

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal or household use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload, share, reproduce for commercial use, or make the files available to others except where we expressly grant different rights in writing.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. Orders may be declined or cancelled for suspected fraud, pricing errors or technical issues. Payment is processed through the payment methods made available on our checkout.

Parents and caregivers remain responsible for supervision, age appropriateness, allergies, food safety, installation, product safety and determining whether an activity or product is appropriate for their family and home. Room-design guidance is not architectural, engineering, electrical or other licensed professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and digital content are provided without guarantees that every linked product will remain available or that every idea will fit every household. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
